It learns your process

Haarslev builds a data-driven algorithm model of how each CORE unit operates on your specific installation, based on how the process responds to adjustments.

It anticipates and acts

The advanced controller uses that model to predict how the process will respond to a change, then makes the adjustment needed to reach the desired result — rather than waiting for the deviation to appear.

It keeps getting sharper

Differences between the predicted response and the actual response are fed back to fine-tune the model continuously, so controller gain and response times stay matched to your real, changing process conditions.
