Following years of legal disputes between the parties, Haarslev, Claus Østergaard Nielsen and Oestergaard have reached a settlement and decided to end all legal actions against each other.

As part of the agreement, the non-compete obligations have been lifted and all litigation has been withdrawn in exchange for the payment of a smaller amount of damages to Haarslev and the surrender of Claus Østergaard Nielsen’s minority ownership in Haarslev to Haarslev. The competition in the market remains unaffected by the settlement.
